About Me
Hi, I’m Connie! I’m a Registered Yoga Teacher and Wellness Coach passionate about integrating physical health, mental well-being, and evidence-based practices to promote healing and growth. With a background in Psychology and behavioral health, I understand how thoughts, emotions, and experiences shape overall health. My goal is to help clients enhance their quality of life by addressing the whole person: mind, body, and emotions.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and am currently pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Psychology, expanding my understanding of mental health care. I am developing expertise in the connection between psychology, psychiatric care, and the physiological aspects of mental health to build a comprehensive view of wellness. I specialize in helping individuals navigate emotional and physical challenges, including stress, trauma, anxiety, and other mental health concerns. By bridging the mind-body connection and incorporating yoga with therapeutic interventions, I support individuals toward healing, growth, and sustainable well-being.
My Philosophy
I integrate psychology, mindfulness, and therapeutic care with a commitment to continuous learning. Combining evidence-based practices with holistic wellness, I aim to inspire meaningful change and growth. Grounded in emotional intelligence and self-compassion, my perspective incorporates psychology, nursing principles, and psychiatry to address mental health challenges. By connecting the mind and body through therapeutic strategies and insights from psychiatric care, I create a supportive space for clarity, balance, and healing, promoting personal growth, emotional resilience, and a deeper understanding of overall well-being.
